We are looking for Analista de Service Desk, who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will:
- Taking calls from end users
- Maintain Quality standards
- Continual learning
- Analytical
- Troubleshoot issues (first level IT support)
- Able to make a good triage and able to communicate to other teams writing.
And much better if you stand out for:
- Spanish Advanced
- Basic IT troubleshooting, organize.
