Procuramos Analista de TI que queira aprender e transformar sua carreira.


Nesta função você precisará ter:

• Já ter atuado com ferramenta de gerenciamento móvel;

• Expertise para criar dashboard usando PBI ou tableau;

• Experiência para criar macro excel ou banco de dados mysql;

• Relacionamento Vivo principalmente, TIM e Claro é um plus.


Pré Requisitos:

• Experiência para auditar contas de operadoras, analisar discrepâncias e desvios, conduzir boas conversas para negociar correções rápidas e manter reuniões de frequência para criar relacionamento e acelerar esse processo.

• Experiência para gerenciar técnico/financeiro principalmente com a Vivo.

• Gerenciar a responsabilidade por faturamento e dispositivos.

• Controlar a flutuação desse físico e priorizar manutenção/substituição e controlar nps para atendimento.

• Boa organização, bom relacionamento e discurso claro para solicitações.
