Responsible for civil engineering technical for the company's activities. Work together with the General Maintenance team for analysis, elaboration, monitoring of maintenance plan, projects and works Monitor technical activities performed by maintenance and service providers. Elaboration of new projects and updating of projects (as built). Perform routine activities with advanced degrees of difficulty and make decisions in consensus with supervisor or manager. Perform administrative activities such as planning, approvals and use of the corporate system. Coordinate the team for the fulfillment of the Programs, NRs and Legislation in force.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Make programming, pass on to those involved and monitor the activities through meeting, e-mail and reports for their execution.
  • Purchase and control inputs, personal protective equipment and materials for the execution of the department's activities, through the internal flow of purchases when necessary.

Analyze technical or third-party activities for high quality standard service, through daily monitoring with follow-up report.

  • Evaluate and approve technical or third-party activities for the issuance of an invoice for the provision of the service and subsequent payment through a report or approval in the corporate system whenever necessary.
  • Planning and monitoring preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance.
  • Control and maintain equipment in operation, safely to meet the needs of the production process on a daily basis through planning, inspection and execution of activities.
  • Coordinate and monitor the internal audits of the company and external bodies.

  • Plan and comply with the department's expense and investment plan for accuracy of the funds used through monitoring via the corporate system on a monthly basis.
  • Keep updated the architectural projects and layout's of the factories. Develop and carry out training in the area of health, safety and maintenance work.
  • Participate in inventories to control products and assets, following the company's procedure whenever requested. Comply with the Company's Internal Rules and Procedures.
