Position Summary
We’re seeking a full-time Labor Management Analyst for our Guarulhos-based Warehouse office. As a Labor Management Partner at SHEIN, you will work with different leaders to leverage your expertise, helping them build up a stronger team. You will be responsible for the full management cycle for various business groups including logistics, warehouse as well as functional team.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate daily with partner recruitment agencies and the SHEIN operations team, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of processes.
- Ensure that all activities strictly adhere to Brazilian labor laws, promoting best practices and compliance.
- Participate in planning meetings to align workforce demands.
- Support the organization and execution of onboarding processes for new employees in partnership with the administrative team.
- Manage supplier payment requests, ensuring accuracy and promptly resolving issues.
- Prepare detailed reports on compliance and other operational activities to support decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Experience in HR operations or related areas focused on logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on HR tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Solid knowledge of Brazilian labor laws.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
