Como DevOps Engineer Sênior você terá como principais responsabilidades:


  • Definir, criar e gerenciar pipelines CI/CD eficientes e escaláveis usando GitHub Actions.
  • Implementar e manter runners self-hosted em ambientes específicos, garantindo alta disponibilidade e segurança.
  • Automatizar processos críticos da infraestrutura, garantindo eficiência e confiabilidade por meio de scripts Shell e Python.
  • Apoiar o time na resolução de problemas em scripts existentes, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua.
  • Implementar e aprimorar práticas de DevOps utilizando o framework DORA para melhorar os indicadores de frequência de deploys.
  • Monitorar e otimizar o desempenho das aplicações e pipelines, buscando sempre reduzir o tempo de execução e aumentar a eficiência.
  • Colaborar com equipes de desenvolvimento e infraestrutura para garantir integração contínua e entrega contínua (CI/CD).
  • Estar atualizado(a) com as melhores práticas e tendências em DevOps, sempre buscando inovações que tragam valor ao negócio.


Requisitos principais:


  • Experiência comprovada na criação e manutenção de pipelines CI/CD utilizando GitHub Actions.
  • Sólido conhecimento em runners self-hosted e na configuração de ambientes personalizados de execução.
  • Experiência prática com scripting em Shell e Python, com a habilidade de resolver problemas de forma autônoma.
  • Experiência ou conhecimento no uso e melhoria dos indicadores de DORA em ambientes de DevOps.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de monitoramento e otimização de desempenho de pipelines e infraestrutura.
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e colaboração com equipes multidisciplinares.
  • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis e práticas de DevOps.
  • Experiência em ambientes cloud ambiente AWS nos seguintes serviços: EC2, Iam Role, multi-accounts
  • Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida - 2X / semana (Morumbi) para profissionais que residem em São Paulo
