We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Industry Technical Support professional with expertise in distribution transformer products.


Location: Brazil, Belo preferred


【Key Responsibilities】:


1 Technical Specification Analysis

Review and analyze customer technical specifications and requirements for distribution transformers.

Ensure compliance with national and international standards

Provide technical expertise during the bidding process

2 Product Blueprint and Mapping

Create and review product blueprints and technical documentation

Collaborate with design teams to translate customer requirements

Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments


3Product Design and Development

Lead and participate in the design and development

Work closely with the R&D team to enhance products


4.Technical Support

•Provide ongoing technical support

•Assist in resolving technical issues

•Support after-sales services


5.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with internal teams, including product management, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

• Engage with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to understand product needs and industry trends.


【Qualifications】:


Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Relevant technical certifications are a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or field service for inverters or related technologies in power distribution products such as transformers、switchgears.


Travel: Willingness to travel within Brazil for on-site support and training as needed.

Work: Hybrid
