Sr Business Analyst,
who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will:Support JDE EnvironmentInterface and relationship with client management and end-usersWorking hands on and should be able to fix the defects, Incidents, Service Requests. Work on Change requests.Perform Reviews for performance optimization, and best practicesCreate Functional Specification DocumentsAdhere to SLAs and Priorities, incident Management, Change Management process and committed to deliver.
And much better if you stand out for:Experience:English Advanced/fluentExperience as Business AnalystKnowledge on Agribusiness Origination Process / CTRM – Commodity Trading Risk ManagementExpert ability to perform analysis of customer requirements and design technical solutions.Advanced knowledge on Brazil Localization and invoicingKnowledge on hedge, logistics, credit, transshipment (troca-notas), invoice exchange, pricing and contractsRequirements collections and specifications document generation
Desirable Skills:Technical knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports (6i and onward), PL SQL, libraries, objects, menus, Data Structure, Interfaces, DevOps,Knowledge of and experience in an IT Service management System (ServiceNow) and ITIL processes.Knowledge of Oracle database objects, triggers, packages, functions, procedures, tables etc.Application development and testing – Toad, SQL Developer, Oracle Forms and Reports Builder.SAP functional knowledge on ACM Module is a plus / Advanced English is a Plus
