What we’re looking for:We need a Facebook Ads Manager to lead and optimize high-ROI campaigns for local service industry clients. You should have a proven track record with Facebook advertising and a data-driven, strategic mindset to independently manage campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of Facebook ad campaigns.Conduct in-depth audience research to ensure campaign relevance.Collaborate with customer managers to align ad strategies with client goals.Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights for budget and bid adjustments.Stay updated on Facebook’s policies, platform updates, and trends.Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for clients.
Qualifications:Proven 5+ years of expertise in Facebook advertising with measurable ROI.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign management.Deep understanding of Facebook Ads, policies, and best practices.Ability to manage multiple campaigns with precision and accuracy.Excellent communication skills for reporting and insights.Self-sufficient and proactive, able to solve challenges independently.
Salary & Growth Opportunities:Starting salary of $2,200 USD/month + performance-based bonuses.Strong growth potential for top performers.
