We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our small & dynamic team, working on two mission-driven mobile apps in the Media/Journalism and Environment/Animal Health spaces. The role involves using React Native and TypeScript to develop and maintain apps, with a strong focus on integrating APIs and libraries to build features like data visualisations. The role is remote, with an option to work from our offices near São Paulo in Campinas-SP or Sorocaba-SP.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain mobile apps using React Native and TypeScript
  • Integrate various APIs and libraries, including those for data visualisation and AI
  • Collaborate with the Senior Developer and the Product Manager to implement features and ensure business goals are met
  • Troubleshoot and optimise the apps for performance and scalability
  • Website development and editing as needed is a plus


Qualifications

  • Proven experience with React Native and mobile app development for iOS and Android, as well as familiarity with Git for version control
  • Experience working with APIs, Node.js, TypeORM, and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with RESTful services or GraphQL is an plus
  • Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus
  • English communication skills are important, especially in writing
