Job Summary

Client is looking for Sr. Data QA Consultant who can support for Brazil Remotely


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test cases to assess data quality, including accuracy, completeness, consistency, and conformity to business rules.
  • Validate data against source systems, ETL processes, and target databases to ensure data integrity.
  • Conduct data profiling activities to identify data anomalies, inconsistencies, and potential data quality issues.
  • Contribute to the development of test plans, strategies, and cases for data-related testing activities within the CX Portfolio.
  • Execute test cases, including functional, regression, and performance testing of data-related components.
  • Track and manage defects related to data quality and data integrity.
  • Prepare and deliver regular status reports on data testing activities, including test coverage, defect metrics, and data quality issues.
  • Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure adherence to data quality standards and best practices within the CX Portfolio.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of data quality concepts, testing methodologies, and tools.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years of manual testing experience
  • Experience with Teradata (not required)
  • Experience with relational database testing is a must have
  • Mainframe testing experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with data warehousing and data modeling concepts
  • Familiarity with SQL and data querying languages
  • Knowledge of data quality tools and frameworks is a plus
