Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Textile Art Production Specialist to transform textile art designs into high-quality, print-ready files. The role involves managing technical details, maintaining production standards, and working closely with design and production teams to meet deadlines. You'll ensure that artwork aligns with the highest industry standards, while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic/Art Design, Fashion, or related field (or equivalent experience)2-3 years of experience in apparel art production, preferably in a fashion retail company or agencyCertified training or formal education in Graphic Arts or Fashion DesignPrevious experience working with B2B startups and American clientsProfessional proficiency in English
Technical Knowledge & Hard SkillsExpert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (MAC platform)Strong knowledge of printing techniques and pre-production processesHigh standards for color accuracy and print qualityExperience in textile/surface design and creating repeat patterns

ResponsibilitiesPrepare artwork files to be print-ready by resizing textile art, selecting Pantone colors, and color-separating art filesSet up and maintain art pages/spec sheets with accurate sizing and color informationManage all updates and revisions to ensure artwork meets production standardsReview vendor submissions for color accuracy, scale, and print quality, and provide clear feedbackCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Product Development, and MerchantsEnsure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectationsPerform other related duties as needed
