What we’re looking for:

We need a Facebook Ads Manager to lead and optimize high-ROI campaigns for local service industry clients. You should have a proven track record with Facebook advertising and a data-driven, strategic mindset to independently manage campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of Facebook ad campaigns.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research to ensure campaign relevance.
  • Collaborate with customer managers to align ad strategies with client goals.
  • Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights for budget and bid adjustments.
  • Stay updated on Facebook’s policies, platform updates, and trends.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for clients.


Qualifications:

  • Proven 5+ years of expertise in Facebook advertising with measurable ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign management.
  • Deep understanding of Facebook Ads, policies, and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns with precision and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and insights.
  • Self-sufficient and proactive, able to solve challenges independently.


Salary & Growth Opportunities:

  • Starting salary of $2,200 USD/month + performance-based bonuses.
