Responsible for calculating the payroll and determining charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF), in addition to sending obligations such as eSocial and DCTFweb. Calculation of terminations and biweekly advances for employees. Calculation of vacations, advances and second installment of the 13th salary. Benefits management, including food vouchers for administrative staff and drivers, and transportation vouchers. Launching vacations in the system. Preparation of termination notices. Monitoring absences by the INSS and generating requests for expert assessment of absent employees. Analysis and submission of annual information (DCTFweb, SEFIP Declaratory, without movement and Annual eSocial).
