Availability of time to meet operational demands. Work on a 12x36 scale, with the possibility of working both day and night shifts. Activities: Respond for the issuance of transport documents as well as the issuance of supply requests. Assist the logistics analyst in issuing reports on collection or unloading orders, whether in the client's own system (or website) or a third party system made available by the client. Respond internally whenever requested, regarding monitoring and/or sending commands through the tracking system. Respond to customers through the means of communication used (WhatsApp groups, email, telephone) regarding the positioning of vehicles. Respond to discharges and allocations when on night shifts, keeping the Rodopar system and other support systems always up to date. Monitor emails and work groups outside of business hours, and inform those responsible (analyst or coordinator) of any and all changes to the schedule so that measures can be taken to ensure that operations are not compromised.
