Nosso cliente, uma empresa de tecnologia com foco em apoiar outras empresas a gerenciar de forma eficaz o relacionamento com seus clientes por meio da terceirização de processos (BPO) e transformação digital, está buscando um Business Development Manager para atuar na região de Barueri - SP de forma híbrida.
Perfil do Candidato - Business Developer
- Ensino superior completo;
- Vivência anterior em empresas de tecnologia voltadas a BPO, automação, IA e afins;
- No mínimo 5 anos atuando comercialmente em empresas de Tecnologia;
- Capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal, capaz de dialogar com Head de atendimento ao cliente, Head de Vendas, Growth ou Cobrança;
- Conhecimento acerca de serviços de humanos digitais, atendimento ao cliente e derivados;
- Atuação Hunter, focado somente no processo de venda em si;
- Perfil habituado a atuar com metas, assim como capacidade de atingimento da mesma;
- Experiência com gerenciamento de ciclos de venda de diversas durações;
- Proatividade, busca por novos desafios, reconhecimento de oportunidades e proposição de soluções;
