Provisioning Order Creation Manager

About the RoleThe Provisioning Order Creation Manager (POCM) is an empowered order manager role, with full end-to-end responsibility to deliver new numbers to UC PM or Digital Customers, or to coordinate porting in of numbers by external partners worldwide.
The POCM supports internal teams (product, OINIS, etc.)
on transversal projects or incidents.POCM manages coming orders for Contact Center and Business Talk Local Voice Product.Key ResponsibilitiesVoice Customer projects – in collaboration with UC PM:Stock Management: buy/cancel numbers at partners, Portability of numbers: raise and follow up on porting requests with partners until closure.Support for new voice products, coverage expansion, and local law reinforcement led by Product managers.Support Operations during customer incidents.Coordination and interaction with partners and internal teams.The main activities and responsibilities of a POCM are:Follow up on LORAN Workbasket of the team, and take new orders within team SLA.Raise order to partner (new stock/cancellation or porting orders).Follow up with partner on delivery date, or porting status.Inform UC PM or customer about lead time or porting rejection/acceptation through LORAN.GINI Update of our inventory.Orders Closure (LORAN/BTD).Single point of contact for UC PM and partners.About YouKnowledge and AbilitiesCommunication skills (internal and external communication).Good experience of voice products, tools, and design.Fluent in English.Ability to work independently in a team spread across multiple countries.Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent organizational skills.Education, Qualifications, and CertificationsUniversity degree in telecommunications or equivalent.ITIL, Synergy Foundation, Scrum master Certificates are a plus.Experience2 – 5 years of experience in the specified Voice area.DepartmentGlobal Delivery & OperationsOrange Business is a network and digital integrator that understands the entire value chain of the digital world, freeing our customers to focus on the strategic initiatives that shape their business.
