Our mission is to modernize access to credit, payments, and trade finance between China and Brazil.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Banking Institutional Relationship Coordinator to manage and develop our relationships with banks, financial institutions, and correspondent banking partners in Brazil.
This role is essential to expanding our banking ecosystem, enabling efficient cross-border flows, and supporting regulatory compliance and product integration.Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with local banks (including digital banks, SCDs, SCMs, and traditional banks) and relevant financial institutions.Correspondent Banking: Coordinate negotiations, onboarding, and maintenance of correspondent banking partnerships.
Ensure documentation and compliance processes are up-to-date.Cross-Border Initiatives: Support the implementation of cross-border financial infrastructure such as RMB settlement channels, trade finance partnerships, and capital flow arrangements.Regulatory Coordination: Liaise with internal legal and compliance teams to ensure that all banking partnerships meet Brazilian Central Bank (BACEN) and CVM standards.Strategic Input: Contribute to product and service design by identifying gaps in the market or opportunities within institutional relationships.Industry Engagement: Represent Nayuta Capital in relevant banking associations, conferences, and public consultations related to financial market infrastructure and regulation.Ideal Candidate Profile5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in banking partnerships, payments infrastructure, or institutional relations.Knowledge of Brazilian banking regulations, PIX, SWIFT, FX operations, and correspondent banking structures.Familiarity with cross-border financial flows, especially Asia–Latin America corridors.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Portuguese and English (Mandarin is a plus).Experience working with institutions such as Banco Itaú, BTG Pactual, Santander, Citibank, or payment service providers is a strong advantage.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, International Relations, or related fields.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionFinance and SalesIndustriesInvestment Banking
