Senior Software Engineer/Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer/Technical Lead to join our team at QAT Global.

Our company, a 30-year IT consulting firm based in the US, offers a unique opportunity for professionals to work directly with customers and development teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee system design to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
  • Lead the development team in implementing best practices for microservices, event-driven architecture, and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers to ensure project success and DevOps to guarantee well-structured CI/CD pipelines.
  • Guide Full-Stack Developers and QA Engineers in aligning with system architecture.

Required Skills:

  • Backend Development: .NET Core/C# and Web API
  • Microservices & API Design: RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge of Angular and Typescript for Front-End development
  • Database & Storage: Cosmos DB, SQL Database
  • Security & Authentication: RBAC, Asp.NET Authentication
  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
  • Monitoring & Observability: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to translate technical solutions to business needs

Preferred Qualifications: BS/MS in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
