The Sr, Recruiting Director is responsible for creating the global recruitment strategy that will attract, recruit, and retain top talent from around the world.
This position will lead the talent acquisition team which function is to seek, develop and implement a top-class hiring experience for all the next Bitsonauts.
**Your impact**:
- Set a global recruitment strategy.
Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures.
- Build a world class team that will ramp up the recruitment process within the organization.
Responsible for setting the vision and inspiring the recruiting team to continuously develop and improve their skills, knowledge, and abilities to achieve excellent results.
- Work along with Stakeholders to understand each talent's skills, career goals and key drivers, optimizing opportunities for conversion in the near, short and long term.
- Participate in our company's strategic planning
- Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices.
- Monitor job offers, compensation practices and emphasizing benefits.
- Adhere to all internal policies and set global hiring standards
Who you are:
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a high volume and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in building teams strategies.
- Knowledge of technical and business side of the company
- Proven and successful experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases.
- Fluent english
- Start-up environment is a plus.
