Committed to technological innovation and sustainability, Saipem aims for a sustainable future and supports energy transition to Net Zero, employing around 30,000 people from over 120 nationalities.About The PositionArrange personnel arrivals and departures according to the roster, and assign accommodation.Support personnel administration onboard.Liaise with travel and marine agencies for logistics and travel activities.Assist the Master/OIM with training and certificates management as required.Manage crew changes and update the vessel's roster plan accordingly.Coordinate personnel arrivals/departures via helicopter and crew change boats.Verify personnel documentation for pre-embarkation and prepare crew lists.Issue badges complying with ISPS requirements.Prepare daily reports on POB, shifts, muster lists, meals, helicopter crew lists, and look-aheads.Record personnel attendances, absences, and hours of work/rest.Manage cash advances within the limits set by the Master.Coordinate with marine agencies and the Master/OIM on emigration formalities.Update training and certificates matrix; liaise with relevant departments for training bookings and certificates.Ensure compliance with SOLAS, ITU, and GMDSS regulations, and maintain radio logbooks.Provide radio communication support and manage the vessel's radio personnel system.About YouComplete High School education.Experience managing offshore vessels and as a radio operator.HLO course completed.Proficient in English.Knowledge of Excel and onboard administrative routines.Additional DetailsVessel Type: PLSVRotation: 28 days on / 28 days offApplication deadline: No longer accepting CVs from June 30th.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeTemporaryJob functionManagement and Manufacturing
