Essential Responsibilities**:

- Propor e elaborar treinamentos voltados a manutenção e interpretação de de circuitos elétricos e eletrônicos
- Revisão, elaboração e manutenção de um plano de treinamento linhado ao expertise acima mencionado
- Acompanhamento e revisão do progresso dos mentorandos sob sua supervisão e treinamento
- Suportar a engenharia na elaboração de melhorias nas instruções técnicas de serviço e nas atividades de NPI
- Elaborar e atuar na criação de treinamentos práticos (OJT) que deverão ser aplicados em complemento às sessões e materiais de treinamento teóricos (sala de aula)
- Suportar e realizar revisões críticas e verificações dos processos produtivos relacionados a área de expertise acima citada
- Foco em inovação de processos será um diferencial
- Capacidade de interpretar diagramas elétricos e de programar PLCs
**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Curso técnico nas áreas de Elétrica / Eletrônica / Mecatrônica / Eletrotécnica / Automação de processos industriais
- Inglês Nível básico
- Pacote Office Intermediário ( Especialmente Excel )
