**Your role**:

- Performing forward-looking analysis, for project and strategy evaluation for regulatory transformation
- Pro-actively supporting regulatory leadership team members by defining and reporting metrics and conducting analysis to support fact-based decisions
- Gathering data, analyzing, and reporting on regulatory team performance
- Actively supporting improvement opportunities by reporting and analyzing metrics before and after implementation of solutions
- Increasing the productivity of the organization through automation

**You're the right fit if**:
You have:

- Bachelor's degree, scientific or technical discipline
- At least two years of experience in a med tech company
- Regulatory experience
- Advanced skills in Excel, SharePoint, and other analytical software tools
- Fluency in English verbal and written
- Strong analytic, quantitative abilities and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder and time management skills
- KPIs & Metrics
- Experience with BI Tools (**Qlik, Power BI** or Tableau) and Dashboard Creation Process (Storytelling with data)
- Knowledge on SharePoint (Site creation, Lists and Web Connectors)
- Experience with Extract, Transform and Load Data processes and associated tools (Knime, Power Query)
- Excel with Formulas, Slicers, VBA and Macros
- Stakeholder management
- Time management
- Knowledge about other BI Tools (Sisense and Looker), SQL, Python (I have automated some ETL steps using this) and Data Governance.
- Automation
- Experience with Power Apps and connections with SharePoint Lists
- Experience with Power Automate for recurrent flows
- Experience with programming languages
- Previous experience with web scraping preferred

**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart.
For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
