Compassionate Leader Sought for Senior Care Community

About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Executive Director to partner with the Campus Executive Director in creating a supportive, well-managed community where residents feel safe, welcome, and cared for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide day-to-day operations and inspire team members to deliver exceptional service
  • Built strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community
  • Oversight of two care programs, focusing on service excellence, staff development, and resident satisfaction
Requirements
  • Degree in business or human services field preferred
  • Must have one of the following qualifications:
    • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator from the Department of State
    • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with at least one year of work experience in a related field
    • Associate's Degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university
  • Certification as assisted living Executive Director as required by state regulations
