Deployment Manager (Core approach ) - ensuring that all milestones and deliverables according to the project scope are on time, within the expected quality and satisfaction levels - being service oriented in working closely with the customer and being their first point of contact - delivering the relevant tasks and projects in accordance with the selected deployment methodology - adhering to the standard and/or project specific deployment methodology - ensuring compliance with the deployment approach, governance, cost and service level parameters - planning and executing process workshops or fit gap sessions together with the Business Process Management and/or other teams together with affiliates, sites or functions - coordinating and/or supporting local affiliates in specific areas of the deployments such as the coordination of test phases or data migration support - obtaining approval of project delivery by customers and successful handover to RSS operations or other parties - Finance, Procurement and/or Supply Chain experience is a plus Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated proficiency in influencing, negotiating, and effective global collaboration. Ability to effectively communicate across various levels of a complex, matrix organisation. English and Spanish communication
