**Job Description**:

- ** Key responsibilities**
- Manage assigned material inventories, material forecast and parameters in SAP based on defined goals using established inventory control systems and tools.
- Monitor and maintain mínimal inventories of excess and obsolete materials according to plan.
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives for cost-saving improvements through waste elimination.
- Manage vendor lead-time, transit time, and flexibility of vendor schedule.
- Evaluate and manage existing and alternative supplier plants to improve customer experience by reducing delivery time.
- Comply with purchasing/planning policies and procedures. Release and manage purchase orders and Stock Transfer orders. Assist in resolving quality issues with purchase orders and Stock Transfer orders
- Guarantee purchase requisition release to guarantee on time delivery.
- Manage and update data in MRP system including but not limited to price, lead time, lot sizes, strategy group.
- Manage material return process and export process with other Rockwell Plants.
- Manage S&OP initiative to collect useful information for inventory management purposes.
- Communication and interaction with commercial team, customer care and customers to discuss about order management, analyze order status and work on logistics to improve customer experience.
- Communication and interaction with partners from other countries to discuss and improve KPIs, to review and improve processes.
- Communication and interaction with finance department to analyze purchase orders and invoices to guarantee accounting payables process.
- Execute the tracking of the Backlog and Past Due orders to seek internal and external opportunities in terms of material capacity. The Internal scope refers to assess the material capacity within our Global RA Distribution Centers and the External scope assesses the material capacity within our Regional Authorized Distributors to mitigate stock outs.
- ** BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, or relevant field required.
- Minimum 3 years direct related experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of MRP, inventory, and production principles.
- Proven results in driving supplier improvement and implementing cost reduction

programs.
- Ability to multi-task. High Ownership sense.
- Analytical, demonstrated problem solving and project management skills.
- Proactive, teamwork Possess well-rounded knowledge in supply chain, materials planning and logistics.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) to various levels of the organization.
- Proficient in dealing with language and cultural barriers.
- ** PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- SAP/ERP experience Desired Qualifications CPIM, CSCP certification desirable.
- Negotiation skills. Self-starter, possessing high degree of self-motivation and bias for action.
