**Your impact**

Aiming at the separate structuring by brands, these functions are aligned with the company's needs and strategies. With this position, we will be able to give more attention to Wholesale and relationships with Dealers and End Customers. Ensuring agility in credit releases, cash flow, financial performance analysis, financial sustainability of the Network, focus on results, thus strengthening the financial health of the Dealership network.

Bearing in mind that as Agco's objectives are increasingly challenging, it is essential to increase autonomy for rapid decision-making, where negotiations will be carried out with Dealers, Dealership Network Owners and Financial Agents. Direct contact in negotiations, credit feasibility, analysis of financial risks that may determine losses for the company, network inventory control. More robust support for the Dealership network, Financial Agents and related areas (Commercial).

**Your experience and qualifications**

Support credit processes.
Support negotiations with the dealer network.
Responsible for managing reports. Responsible for preparing and controlling credit, ensuring AGCO policies.
Focus on results to ensure the financial health of our dealer network, promoting better conditions for solving credit negotiations with the network.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting and related fields.
Expertise in Excel, Tableau, Word.
Advanced English for global reporting.
