Accountant receivables & paybles

**Location: EMEA**:
**What are your main tasks?**:

- Processing of Accounts Payables and Receivables, mainly for German entities;
- Posting of all current business transactions (debtors and creditors;
- Mainly posting of incoming invoices and posting of customer payments), largely in an automated process;
- Checking of incoming and outgoing invoices for VAT-related issues;
- Clarification of discrepancies with the relevant departments (e.g. Price or quantity differences) in an timely manner;
- Coordinate self billing process with customers and suppliers (including VAT issue);
- Carrying out of dunning procedures (customers) and reconciliation with Sales on overdue receivables;
- Reconciling of balances with customers and suppliers; (e.g. check payment reminders of suppliers in time);
- Observation of insolvency of creditors/customers and processing;
- Administration of accounts receivable and accounts payable master data; (e.g. check of bank connections for payments in the master data of the business partner);
- Internal contact person for chief company accountant, purchasing and sales;
- External contract person for suppliers and customers

**What are your qualifications?**:

- Apprenticeship in a commercial profession, ideally with a focus on accounting;
- Several years of professional experience in accounting;
- Very good knowledge of SAP and MS office, especially Excel;
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills;
- Team player with commitment and a high sense of responsibility
