**Company Description**:
Crema Social is an innovative mobile app for virtual dinners, connecting individuals seeking to expand their social circles internationally. Our goal is to create meaningful connections through virtual dinners, offering participants a unique experience while enjoying meals delivered by recognized services such as (Rappi, Didi, Ubereats, PedidosYA, Yummy). Guests receive a complimentary dinner along with an additional incentive of 5 USD for attending the video call and making new friends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the marketing strategy for Crema Social's expansion into the
Brazilian market.
- Manage and oversee social media campaigns, content creation, and advertising strategies.
- Develop strategic relationships with content creators and key collaborators in Brazil to promote the brand and virtual dinners.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all platforms.
- Analyze metrics and KPIs to continually optimize marketing strategies and achieve established objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content strategies in Brazil.
- Deep knowledge of the Brazilian market, preferably in the mobile app or startup sector.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with content creators and negotiate successful collaborations.
- Capacity to work autonomously and within a team, adapt to changing environments, and meet set deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and
English.
