Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in A'ali. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Pamchal Foodlab's daily activities, managing and training staff, and developing and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies and processes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with supply chain management and logistics

Experience with budgeting and financial reporting

Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
