**Your role**
- Are you a strong analytical and inventive thinker? Do you enjoy developing pitch ideas for stakeholders, clients and investors? We’re looking for an investment banking intern to:
- support to the team in the execution of M&A, ECM and DCM transactions
- conducting sector research and analysis
- support to analysts in the development of financial models
- assistance in the preparation of presentations related to projects or pitchbooks
**Your team**
- You will be working within Investment Bank team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. We are a team that executes on a wide variety of industry-changing transactions in M&A and capital markets. We are dedicated to employee development, with many of our senior executives having joined our team directly as new Analysts out of college or interns.
**Your expertise**
- students of Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics with graduation date by dec/23
- solid skills in Microsoft Office - specially in Excel and Power Point
- Advanced English skills
- good communication skills - verbal and writing
- accounting and corporate finance knowledge will be a differential
- strong attention to details and focus
