Job Description:
This Robotics Automation Analyst is responsible for supporting the automation bots which are implemented in the Scheduling and Ticketing process area. Design and build robotics automation bots via UiPath suite to help automate processes based on business requirements
Typical Assignment:

- Enhance existing UiPath based BOT to improve the automation on Microsoft Excel macros and SAP

Job Responsibilities:

- Gather business requirements for issues and enhancement requests, and projects
- Prepare detailed design specifications for BOT development
- Develop and implement the BOT via UiPath suite
- Respond to and resolve problem tickets and service requests raised by users
- Utilize Agile frameworks and tools to plan, execute, and track work

Primary skill set (List 3 mandatory technical skillsets):

- Intermediate or expert level experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator
- Have experience working on complex UiPath tools. i.e. SAP, Citrix or web automation
- Basic understanding of SAP functions and tools (i.e. program and variant)
- Experience in scheduling the BOTs through Studio or Orchestrator
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze/debug issues, and support complex processes

Nice to have skillsets:

- Good understanding of business processes in relate to oil and gas
- Working knowledge of Agile Frameworks (i.e. Scrum and KANBAN)

Soft skillsets:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills. Working experience coordinating activities with other support teams or business clients.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and work with less experienced analysts in order to develop SAP problem solving, support and technical skills.
