BS level technical degree or equivalent experience (Computer Science or Engineering background).
- 5+ years of experience as a technical specialist in Customer-facing roles and technical leadership.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish or Portuguese, in technical and business settings (verbal and written).

- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
- Experience with configuration management platforms (e.g., Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible) and hands on familiarity with Infra as a code.
