**Scope**:

- Monthly production planning with third-party manufacturers/contract manufacturers according to the affiliates' priorities. Prepare the production plan/run the heuristics in SAP/ APO system, generating purchase requisitions. Foster a system driven planning culture by ensuring the right capabilities for the team are in place and discipline in process execution
- Lead the follow-up meetings with third-party manufacturers/contract manufacturers to ensure compliance with the production schedule. Ensure communication is clear and actions agreed are reviewed and tracked in a systematic way
- Monitoring the delivery of all orders managed by the Process Team according to the dates and quantities generated during the heuristic run and ensure alignment of deliveries within the Intercompany Services and Affiliate areas.
- Lead the weekly Process Team (PT) cross functional meetings according to the standard agenda and the list of attendees defined for the EEM Americas HUB. Ensure the continuous improvement mindset is in place and that all areas are actively contributing to the achievement of the PT goals
- Leading and/or supporting JPT meetings for the designated third-party manufacturers/ contract manufacturers, according to the CM categorization established in EEM functional procedures.
- Facilitating the service and monitoring the performance of designated third-party manufacturers/contract manufacturers against the requirements of the commercial agreement, Manufacturing Responsibilities Document (MRD), Expected Services Catalog (EEM 3.0), and CORRs metrics.
- Supporting the S&OP, R&OP processes and governance of the Operations area.
- Analyzing and implementing continuous improvement projects for planning processes and practices and promoting team development.
- Establishing and maintaining KPIs for third-party manufacturers and Operations according to CORRs metrics.
- Support the team in decision-making and assist/support in the professional growth of employees by engaging them in development plans and career plans.
- Support the annual Business Plan process by providing Operations related data such as: production volume, BOM review, losses, operational expenses, risk & opportunities, and others

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, and/or related areas.
- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing
- 5 years of experience with people leadership
- Experience with External Manufacturing operations
- Proven track of records in operational excellence projects in the areas of Supply Chain and/or Supply Chain Planning.
- Advanced SAP and Excell.
- Fluent in English
- Advanced in Spanish.

- Certifications - Six Sigma
- Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- Supply Chain certification will be considered as a differential
