MENTOR is a trusted global leader in aesthetic medicine among both consumers and clinicians. The company develops, manufactures, and markets innovative, science-based products for surgical and non-surgical medical procedures that allow breast surgery patients to improve their quality of life. The company is focused on two strategic areas: breast reconstruction and breast augmentation.

The Commercial & Marketing Manager is responsible for P&L (specifically in the lines of direct contribution) in Mentor Brazil and to develop and execute commercial & marketing strategies to grow the business in the short and long term, while developing the team members in commercial and marketing areas.
- Ensure branding strategy is aligned with global and regional guidelines.
- Implement the commercial strategy by aligning local strategies to Latin American Marketing organization, which would ensure the accomplishment of sales, profit and growth targets for the business.
- Responsible for maximizing market penetration, market share gain and development.
- Responsible for acquiring and developing the talent in the organization and assess the required profiles, competencies and capabilities to have right talent and be successful in the market place.
- Prepare, implement and control the P&L. Maintain optimum levels of cash flow and income by monitoring CAPEX investments, inventory levels, sales and expenses among others and lead coordinated actions with Finance to measure and mitigate financial risks.
- Ensure accurate demand planning and forecasting through a collaborative forecasting process with different channel stakeholders.
- Builds strategic relationships with key opinion leaders identifying key business needs, trends and opportunities
- Lead a focused execution between Sales Regions, Marketing, and Clinical Education to reach our goals
- Lead coordinated efforts with indirect channel to drive up our distributors results and align with government and private teams.
- Implement the regional marketing strategy and follow up implementations, product strategies for baseline and launches.
- Align and negotiate with CoEs to improve internal transactions, reducing sales time impacts, and improving service to our patients and customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant leadership experience in Sales or Marketing Management.
- P&L management with strong financial and business acumen.
- Outstanding customer focus and relationship building skills; experienced in developing effective relationships across a diverse group of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders at the highest levels, in both public and private domains.
- Demonstrated success of collaboration and work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage complexity, navigating a matrix organization with challenging market environments.
- Experience in healthcare industry, medical device/surgery markets preferred.
- Talent development approach with a track record of developing a diverse pipeline of successful leaders, as well as the overall strength and experience of a sales and marketing organization.
- Post-Graduate/MBA Preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required.
