We are hiring the best talent for **Jr. Credit Analyst** to be located in **São Paulo (Relocation Not Applicable / Applicable)**.

**Purpose**

The Jr. Credit Analyst is responsible for good processing credit management and development support in the process for specific business MRCs and markets in Latam by JNJ Global Services. This position will report to ITC Coordinator.

Ensure that adequate and effective internal controls are in place, that processes and policies are established and documented in compliance with WWP, ICH, DTP and other control requirements.

Work on continuous improvement programs to standardize and improve the efficiency of disputes management process across various entities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Credit Management of a designated JnJ customer portfolio in Brazil
- Perform financial analysis of JnJ customers
- Understand how macroeconomic and market conditions impact our customer portfolio
- Assess risk and assign credit limits
- Partner with Sales Organization to help secure profitable deals while balancing credit risk
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for high-risk customers (including financial security instruments)
- Customer risk assessment and mitigation
- Research and help in the resolution of errors in system or process
- Escalates issues as needed
- Contacts internal areas to resolve disputes or provide guidelines
- Identify risks / potential areas for negotiation
- Partners with ITC and Deliver leadership in continuous improvement process the resolutions disputes
- Is responsible for providing analytical and systems support to collections Team creating and maintaining specialized reporting and queries
- Responsible for system data validation, knowing where to obtain the data sources, and presenting the data in a format that allows management to make strategic decisions
- Define best practices by identifying and understanding the root cause and implementing appropriate actions that will provide end-to-end processes improvements to drive customer satisfaction
- Support monitor KPI results to meet the commitment of Service Level Agreement and deliver high quality of service
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.

**Qualifications** Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 1year of minimum working experience in AR & Credit management (required).
- Intermediate Excel skills (required)
- English - intermediate level (required)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, FSCM) is a plus
