**Location**: Cotia/Sao Paulo/Brazil
**Key Responsibilities**:
Support the relationship with cross-functional teams (sales, creation, marketing, innovation, etc), ensure accuracy of projects information as well with hands-on approach;
Preparation of prototypes to present to customers and also for trade shows and events;
Provide technical support to the customers and to sales force; Lead and support technicians trainees, guiding and challenging them to deliver the best results;
Roll-out existing ways of working and implement new or improved methods as needed;
**We value**:
Barchelor’s degree is required (Food Science, Chemical or related discipline);
Technical background in flavors or ingredients, technologies, additives. Knowledge in sugar reduction and sweeteners to develop new products and solutions;
Knowledge in emulsions and alcoholic beverages development;
Dynamic person, focused on the beverage market. Able to bring in new ideas/trends and carry them out. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Customer focused and results driven. Team player and project leadership;
Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus;
