**Job Description** We are looking for someone who will**:

- ** Lead and manage our Integrations Development team**, providing technical guidance, support, and constant feedback;
- Optimize our integration partnerships with different solutions and apps;
- Create and implement efficient strategies for the integration of systems, guaranteeing interoperability and process speed;
- ** Work across multiple product and business teams **to solve complex business problems in simple ways;
- Monitor and ensure our standards on quality, system security, and performance across the product lifecycle;
- Identify and proactively resolve any obstacle that may arise during the development or implementation of an integration;
- ** Promote a collaborative and motivating work environment** to make the team thrive;
- Provide process updates at regular intervals, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization;
**Qualifications** What will help you thrive?**
- Experience with software development - a solid understanding of programming **languages**, **relational databases**, and **frameworks **relevant to our operations (e.g. Node.js, PHP, and Python, to name a few);
- Robust experience **leading technical teams**:

- a skilled communicator, person of action, and problem solver;
- Proficiency in** cloud services**, especially **AWS**, along with practical knowledge of EC2, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway;
- Experience with** project management**, including planning, development, and control of **integration projects**;
- ** Advanced English**, both written and spoken;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, showing **initiative **and a go-getter attitude;
**It'd be nice if you had...**
- Experience in **projects of critical integration**, requiring high availability and scalability;
- A working understanding of **ASP Classic**;
