The position of Multi-Skilling Manager is a key role aimed to standardize and advance the consolidation of the multi-skilling and remote operations models for OFS.

**As a Multi-Skilling Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Leading the OFS multi-skilling strategy aimed to enable Remote Operations & IO3 as the standard operations model for our integrated well construction projects.
- Driving vertical and horizontal alignment for local and regional IO3 Multi-skilled roles across the PLs and IWS in both wellsite and Remote Operation Centers.
- Supporting the IO3 product model sustainability by promoting and maintaining its structure as the standard OFS integrated solution and the implementation in new projects or the transition of existing ones.
- Collaborating with the remote operations centers in the design, planning and execution of IO3 implementation and transition across the regions.
- Ensuring proper competency framework, training plans and program advanced of field personnel in direct collaboration with IWS IO3 Regional Coordinators/Service Delivery Managers to optimize the training timeline and achieve alignment with Global IO3 plans and objectives.
- Leading the implementation and adaption of the new IO3 model within the respective product lines in collaboration with PL IO3 regional leads.
- Collaborating with all relevant stakeholders to ensure operational and timeline feasibility while considering safety, quality, and business/contractual objectives.
- Monitoring KPIs to evaluate effectiveness of the IO3 roles, competency programs and integrated operational activity including both wellsite and ROC’s.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/ college;
- Be able to communicate fluently in English;
- Be able to travel 30 to 50% of the time;
- Be experienced performing risk management in collaboration with regional PL operation team to minimize operational and project risks.
