Develop and execute appropriate and successful strategies and marketing initiatives focusing on but not limited to professional marketing to drive growth, utilization and adoption of the Product. **In this role, you will** - Lead commercialization of new products and innovations pipeline, Including sales force training. - Deal with creative agency to adapt/create promotional materials due to local regulation rules - Drive PR agency to maximize the brand exposition in local medias, including digital strategy, leading initiatives and tracking related KPIs - Idealize and Plan clinical education, corporate events/seminar/workshops in collaboration with events leader/coordinator. - Provide fundamental marketing analysis and current/gap assessment analysis and other analysis based on classical marketing principles. - Deliver the financial numbers including product sales, marketing budget and key metrics - Localize practice development initiatives and Invisalign Advantage program and implement them through sales team or other functions - Monitor competitors’ activities and Marketing trends - Develop and localize local sales toolkits in line with sales effectiveness initiatives - Interact with providers and societies, and develop key opinion leaders - Organize Advisory boards meetings and marketing researches - Participate in special projects and/or training as requested. - Maintain compliance to regulatory and statutory with local laws and other relevant overseas laws and statutes. - Support sales force training during sales conventions and meetings - Support sales team in the field work leveraging MKT claims fostering brand adoption - Negotiate with external vendors assuring cost saving during bids - Report to LATAM Marketing Manager - Work collaboratively with Sales and other functions on a cross functional to achieve objectives - Collaborate with the LATAM regional product manager and Clinical education manager **In this role, you’ll ne**ed ** - More than 7 years of product management and/or marketing career from healthcare industry, like Pharmaceutical or Medical device. Dental segment is desirable. - +5 years as Product Manager - Previous sales experience desirable - Strong implementation, excellence in execution and attention to details - Team contributor who cultivates collaborative work environment - Fast learner (clinical, regulation, environments, etc) - Able to work in a fast pace environment **Education** - Degree in Business related areas; MBA is desirable. - Advanced English.
