**Boeing Brazil** is seeking **Staff Analyst**, reporting to the Engineering Senior Manager, working in Sao Jose dos Campos office.
The **Staff Analyst** will join the global engineering team to develop plans, objectives and provide data for management review and tracking performance to plan. Develop, coordinate, assess architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. Analyze data and summarizes budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs.
Under general direction and guidance of the manager, the Staff Analyst will build the functional management information system to ensure effective decision making at the appropriate levels within the organization. In addition, the Staff Analyst will organize and facilitate meetings.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Assembles data from multiple sources using applicable schedules
- Applies knowledge of policies, procedures, and standard best practices to deliver informational or technical materials (e.g., proposals, briefings, management reviews, newsletters, status reports, technical papers, brochures) to customers, partners, suppliers and Boeing employees
- Contributes by gathering data from multiple sources to compile reports of moderate scope and complexity for management reviews and tracking performance to plan
- Performs a variety of support services (e.g., web design and maintenance, communications, policy and procedure review, process documentation, forms design and delivery, etc.)
- Supports meetings and reviews to ensure that visibility is provided on appropriate and required information
- Supports leadership in determining the purpose and content of each meeting/review, coordinates and compiles briefings and utilizes appropriate technologies to enable global interaction/collaboration
- Participates with organizational leaders in the development and implementation of plans and objectives (e.g., long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives) to meet requirements

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:
- Relevant experience with gathering data from multiple sources to compile or create a variety of reports for management reviews and tracking performance to plan
- Must have existing rights to work in Brazil
- Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language
**Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)**:
- Must have a degree in accredited course of study
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- IT knowledge to automate excel spreadsheets, Tableau dashboards and similar managerial tools
- Prefer experience in developing and compiling executive level presentations, Metrics and reports
- Prefer experience in data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Tableau, Four Winds etc.)
