**Sales Manager**:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Brazil.
This position will play a strategic and operational role in leading the commercial area, directly contributing to the growth of the business and the evolution of our product portfolio.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Management of Business Units:
- Gate&Door: automation solutions for residential and industrial gates and doors
- HMS - Home Management Solutions: access control, security, and smart home
- Team coordination:
- Business Unit coordinators
- Commercial Back Office team
- External sales force, organized by regions across Brazil
- Export operations
- Responsible for sales budget and margin analysis
- Collaboration with the Research and Development (R&D) team for:
- Development of new products
- Continuous improvement of existing product lines
- Collaboration with the Finance team for:
- Monitoring sales margin
- Tracking inventory levels
- Active commercial support to key distributors
- Direct report to the General Manager of Nice Brazil
- Travel to support the commercial team across the country
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical fields
- Proven experience in commercial positions in industrial companies
- Technical knowledge of electromechanical products (integration of mechanical and electronic components)
- Ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in indirect distribution structures
- Fluent English (mandatory) for communication with the head office in Italy and interaction with BU leaders in other Nice subsidiaries
- Fluent Portuguese for local operations
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation skills, and focus on results
- Willingness to travel
- Work base: Limeira (SP)
