We’re hiring **skilled blockchain developers** to join a long-term project focused on scaling a regulated tokenized financial product across multiple chains.

Join a pioneering team at a leading financial services company to expand and maintain a tokenized money market fund across multiple blockchains (Ethereum, Solana, Aptos, and more). You’ll work on cutting-edge DeFi solutions, smart contract upgrades, and cross-chain integrations in a collaborative, innovative environment.

**About the Role**:
You’ll be part of a highly technical, globally distributed team responsible for:

- Expanding smart contract functionality across multiple chains (Solana, Aptos, Ethereum-compatible networks)
- Maintaining and evolving an existing codebase tied to a live financial product
- Building internal tooling for testing, upgrades, and monitoring
- Collaborating with other developers in daily standups, architecture discussions, and code reviews

**Required Skills**:

- 3+ years of blockchain development experience
- Hands-on knowledge of at least one of the following:

- Solidity + EVM chains
- Rust + Solana
- Move + Aptos
- Ability to overlap with U.S. Eastern Time hours
- Dedicated remote workspace with reliable internet
- Strong sense of commitment, client focus, and accountability
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills

**Bonus points if you have**: Experience migrating from one chain to another (e.g., Ethereum
- Solana)
- Prior work on tokenized assets or financial protocols
- Familiarity with additional networks (Polygon, Arbitrum, Sui)
- Tooling contributions (testing frameworks, monitoring, upgrade automation)
