**A Hybrid working model**

Once offices are fully open we will be moving to a hybrid working model, which will allow our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. **What does a Project Management Director do at Hogarth?**

The Project Manager Director ensures that all projects are planned and executed effectively and efficiently. This role oversees Hogarth's project management team being a key player reference, inspiring the team, being recognized as a leader from other stakeholders and clients around Hogarth. Also, this role is responsible for keeping project management methodologies, standards and tools up to date, aligned with the company's needs and market trends.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:

- Promote the culture of Project Management in the company, in all instances, regarding Hogarth style of project management, considering documentation, methodologies, standards, KPIs, dashboards and profitability analysis;
- Be close to the operation, making day-to-day decisions with the Production Leads and also strategic decisions validated by the Digital Director;
- Ensure the best use of tools and processes to improve project governance with stakeholders;
- Designate Production Leads and Project Managers to work on the department's internal projects, as a way of continuous improvement in the area;
- Act at the point of scale of Production issues, whether internal or external, with customers;
- Monitor the profitability of accounts managed by the digital discipline, raising tactical and/or strategic plans, involving all department leaders;
- Train and guide the Project Management team, considering the profiles available in the team, and the PDI of each member;

**Reporting lines and key stakeholders**

This role reports to the Digital Director.

You will work closely with other Hogarth Leads in Brazil and key stakeholders in Hogarth worldwide.

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years of experience in a leadership position managing project management teams;
- Degree or MBA in Project Management;
- Fluent English Level;
- Experience in managing, designing, implementing, and evaluating relevant and multicountry projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience in agile and waterfall methodologies;
- Demonstrate diplomatic, management, and communication skills to liaise and advocate with key stakeholders including clients as well;
- Solid experience in build and retain project management teams;
- Solid experience in planning team's OKRs;
- Solid experience in risk management;
- PMP or Scrum Master certification is good to have;
