**Descrição do cargo**

Atuar em fila de atendimento de incidentes prestando suporte ténico com foco em soluções de redes (Routing/Switching) e wireless.
Elaborar e executar procedimentos para re-estabelecer serviços e realizar configurações de rotina em infraestrutura de redes
Estar disposto a aprender como mapear problemas em infraestruturas de redes
Mapear/documentar procedimentos técnicos, topologias e manuais técnicos
Atuar em demandas em horários extras caso necessário, participar de plantões pontuais e ter disponibilidade para viagens.

Modelo de trabalho: escala 8x5, Turno 2 (14:30 as 23:18hs)

**Qualificações**

Possuir perfil multi disciplinar (Networking), ter conhecimentos em wireless(requerido) e estar disposto a ampliar seus conhecimentos em outras tecnologias
Possuir boa comunicação, inquietude em se desenvolver e ter um senso de trabalho de equipe aguçado
Ter senso critico para detectar situações em que envolvam escalonamentos técnicos

Certificações:
ITIL (Desejável)
CCNA Routing&Switching (Requerido)
CCNP Wireless (Desejável)
Inglês / Espanhol intermediário para interação com fabricante
