Website Engineering Manager at BairesDev

Do you think you have what it takes to succeed at BairesDev? We also do if you are what we are searching for. We need an outstanding Website Engineering Manager to mature our capabilities and lead an extraordinary, and multidisciplinary team to success.

The goal is to deliver our message to the world while measuring and improving our organic positioning. Don’t worry We don’t need a superhero.

You will build the team responsible for developing a new SEO-first website architecture for the company-based SSR static pages in React with a headless CMS as the backend. Ensure the team has all the resources needed to succeed in their mission.

As a Website Engineering Manager, you will:

- Build and lead a team of senior developers.
- Contribute to building roadmap and OKR definitions.
- Articulate technical communication with senior management.
- Articulate technical communication with other teams.
- Evolve team member’s professional careers and detect extraordinary individual contributors.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- Extensive SEO Knowledge.
- Extensive development experience in React.
- Team management experience.
- Hiring experience (You love developing and growing people and have a track record doing it).
- Experience in encouraging a strong engineering culture in an agile environment.

Desirable Requirements:

- Content strategy experience.
- Growth experimentation experience.
- UX/UI experience.
- Performance marketing experience.
