**Lead Security Counsel Responsibilities**:

- Advise internal teams on responding to requests for the disclosure of user data
- Manage outside counsel and litigation relating to user data disclosure requests
- Advise internal teams on product and policy development relating to various issues such as online safety, information security, cybersecurity, third-party access to user data, surveillance, data localization, local legal representation

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Hardworking, well organized and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Degree in Law
- Experience with user data protection and user data disclosure
- Drafting and negotiation skills in both Portuguese and English, along with business judgment and strategic thinking. Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters
- Client management skills
- Brazilian bar membership
- Interpersonal skills and a commitment to professionalism and collegiality
