**About the Role**:This opportunity includes partnering with a variety of functions and teams across the Medical Products Division, including Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Distribution and Logistics, Regulatory, and Training. As an Events Analyst at Gore, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with industry experts and gain hands-on experience, learning directly from seasoned professionals in the field.

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within Brazil.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting meetings and educational events at sites around Brazil, as well as in other Latin America countries and U.S.A., supporting Brazilian physicians and distributors
- Event coordination support will include arranging travel/hotel arrangements for Associates and Customers and scheduling facilities, meals, audio and video equipment, etc
- Onsite support meetings, trainings and congresses, including travel to various sites to attend meetings with event site staff and facility operations to solidify all arrangements being made for respective events
- Meet regularly with event stakeholders to keep them informed of the planning progress
- Organization and execution of planning meetings, assuring deadlines are met according to planning
- Order congress/workshop material and assure shipment on time
- Preparation of necessary paperwork and workshop bags for Gore driven events
- Budget management and marketing expense tracking
- Verification of invoices
- Coordination of external suppliers
- Creation of invitation flyers, programs, sign-in forms (in collaboration with Didot - Local Design Agency)
- Distributing congress/event evaluation forms to associates and/or customers

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in one of the following roles: administrative support, executive assistant, receptionist or customer service focused role
- Language: English
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and honed ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and problem-solve
- Ability to travel up to 20%

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Experience planning events in the healthcare industry
- Experience with digital marketing platforms
- International or cross-cultural experience
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Cvent

Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates, with prior appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies and additional documents, from the country in which they are employed.
