- Experience working cross-functionally with technology and non-technology teams;
- Experience delivering cross-functional projects;
- Experience managing a program or project;
- Experience in supply chain management;
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements;
- English Advanced.
- Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation;
- Deep dive and analyze key business performance metrics, identify gaps, create plans to drive forecast deviations reductions;
- Develop new metrics and performance indicators to evaluate, audit and improve efficiency of S&OP forecasting.
- English for communication.
