**Our Proposal**

We are seeking a senior-level **Android Developer** with exceptional depth and breadth of skill to join our engineering community. You are a player-coach with **strong communication and collaboration skills** that finds satisfaction in mentoring your peers and sharing knowledge gained.

You are a** problem solver**. You love to dive into complex engineering problems and understand the importance of alignment and accountability as a member of a fast-paced, cross-functional delivery team.

We play in a **massive opportunity space, and this role will have an outsized impact on the shape of the product, technology, and engineering community** at Tellus. You will join a team of fewer than** 50 employees**, so we are looking for a** thoughtful, experienced leader to help us drive the pace of feature development**, while also contributing positively to the Tellus culture.

**It can be a perfect match if you meet**:

- 4+ years of experience working with Android
- Experience with Kotlin
- Mobile product development
- Conversational English

**It would also be a plus if you have**:

- Experience working in Banking, Finance or a FinTech organization
- Experience within a start-up or scale-up
- Experience within a product-focused environment
