As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** to join our leadership team and drive our financial vision forward.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and CEO.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Lead risk management initiatives and financial planning processes.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team across our global offices (Dubai, Armenia, Serbia).

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience of 5+ years as a CFO or in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, corporate finance, and accounting principles.
- Experience in the iGaming (B2B and B2C) industry is mandatory.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
